Before joining Clear HR, Hayley spent 10 years working in-house within the HR team of an M&E business employing around 50 people, giving her strong, practical experience of supporting SMEs from the inside not just advising from the sidelines.
Hayley works with a portfolio of retained clients across sectors including a charity, facilities management, a design agency, and a sustainability consultancy. Her focus is on delivering clear, pragmatic people support that helps businesses stay compliant, manage risk, and build confidence in their management capability.
